Responsibilities for this position include: in collaboration with the executive director or their designate, the oversite of and assisting with the various IA summer activities to help ensure the smooth, efficient and effective operation of these projects, including establishing and monitoring schedules and timelines, the preparation, maintenance and timely submission of all necessary documentation and reports, identification, securing, organization and distribution of necessary supplies, materials, follow-ups on contacts and data entry, as required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Program managing experience
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities considered an asset
- Some supervisory experience considered an asset
- Teamwork experience
